OUTDOOR CLEANERS NEEDED - 6 DAYS A WEEK - CENTRAL COVENTRY.

We are currently seeking outdoor cleaners to support the upkeep of a well-known market area in Central Coventry. You will be responsible in ensuring that the area is safe, clean and welcoming to shoppers and the local community as a whole.

You will be supporting the local area by doing tasks such as:

• Emptying bins
• Litter picking
• Street cleaning (manual and cleaning machines)
• Cleaning public toilets, maintaining regular checks and replenishing toilet roll and hand soap
• Removing dog waste from the streets
• Using some industrial equipment (e.g. street cleaners and jet washers).
• Ensuring the market area is open and closed correctly and neatly and stalls are all safe
• Maintaining equipment and supplies in a proper manner.

We ask that applicants for this role meet the following criteria:

• Have own transport
• Have previous experience with outdoor cleaning
• Have a punctual, positive and hard-working attitude to work
• Can communicate well with a team when task deligating
• Have initiative to ensure lone-tasks are completed properly and timely
• Be kind and approachable around the general public.

You will be working 6 days a week, the number of hours will vary, but you will receive consistent hours with set shifts every week. Working week will be 37 hours.

In return for your hard work, you will be paid an hourly rate of £12.20 per week, rising to £13.50 for experienced individuals that will supervise and oversee.
