    Due to internal promotion and development within the finance team, my client based just outside Maidstone is looking for a Sales Ledger Clerk

    Duties will include:

    • Producing sales invoices, including manual raising of invoices (high volume)
    • Managing accounts, ensuring all customers adhere to the agreed payment termsDaily cash allocation/reconciliationChecking all invoice prices and making any changes accuratelyResolving all supplier queries in a timely mannerProduction of credit and debit notesMaintaining customer informationAttending weekly/monthly meetings regarding aged debtAssisting with general office dutiesYou should have excellent IT, verbal and written communication skills, maintaining a high level of customer service at all times.
    You must be able to work effectively in a team and possess good numerical skills, as well as being able to problem solve.
