    Permanent Join Our Finance Team at The Compleat Food Group Due to growth within our business, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant to join our incredible Finance team at our site in Palethorpes Not only will you be joining us to support the site in the daily, weekly, monthly, and annual financial reporting of business performance, but you will also support the operations team, building proactive and effective business partnering relationships

    Your Duties Will Include:
    Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of the business performance both internally and to Central Finance
    To support the month end process, ensuring process is robust and efficient with a clear understanding of all variances and balance sheet reconciliations are accurate with supporting documentation
    Supporting the generation of the operational elements of the rolling forecast/budget
    Support the year end stock count audit
    Attend meetings to understand potential new business
    Review costing proposals with the central costings team
    Ensure that the business systems are operating and being used effectively & efficiently, and the integrity of the information held with is maintained to a high standard
    To co-ordinate and communicate with group functions and external parties as required
    Support the Finance manager in the day-to-day management of the Finance Team, with one direct report Your Skills and Experience: Experienced in risk analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
    Excellent numerical skills with a good understanding of all elements of the P&L
    Ability to analyse and communicate financial information to non-financial personnel, providing recommendations and guidance where necessary.
    Competent in computer literacy including Excel & Power Point
    Highly numerical/analytical and strong problem solving skills
    A continuous improvement mindset with drive to continually improve processes

    FMCG background ability to work within a fast-paced changeable environment
    Confidence, initiative & flexibility
