- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a safe working environment for all employees.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior operations role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in structural steel or a related sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving operational excellence.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality assurance practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
