    OVERVIEW:

    • Assisting with the preparation and submission of deputyship applications to the Court of Protection.
    • Managing ongoing deputyship matters, including liaising with clients, financial institutions, and healthcare professionals.
    • Conducting legal research and providing support to Fee Earners on complex legal issues.
    • A commitment to providing high-quality client service with empathy and professionalism.
    • Previous experience working in a similar role, preferably with experience in Court of Protection matters.
    • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
