About Our Client:
Page Group are excited to be partnered with a commercial law firm based in Cardiff to recruit a HR Coordinator on a full time, permanent basis.
The firm has experienced exponential growth over the last 3 years, head count has increased from 128 to 207 and plans are to increase by 45 within the next 12 months.

The company offers hybrid working, private healthcare cash plan an on site chef with subsidised lunchesThe main responsibilities of this role will include;- Providing an effective administration service for the HR function covering the entire employee life cycle.
- Supporting the Recruitment Manager with recruitment administration and coordination such as writing job descriptions, adverts and arranging interviews
- Supporting the Early Talent Coordinator with traineeships, apprenticeships and graduate fairs.
- Initial point of contact for all HR queries and requests, providing an excellent support service to managers and colleagues.
- Dealing with first line advisory support, gaining guidance from and escalating to the HR Business Partner as required.
- Maintaining the HR system (IRIS), HR Intranet site and HR Directory to include staff files, organisation charts and reports.
- Ensuring HR systems, data, policies, and processes are accurate and effective through timely maintenance and regular audit activity.
- HR Administrator/super user for the HR system (IRIS) providing relevant training and guidance to system users.
- Proactive in reviewing and making recommendations for system/reporting/process/documentation improvements.
- Providing accurate statistics and reports, to include data to supplement HR Business Partner and HR Director reporting.
- Supporting the HR Business Partner and HR Director with adhoc tasks and projects as required.
All administration associated with:
- starters, leavers and changes to terms and conditions of employment, including new starter checks, contracts of employment, calculating holiday entitlements
- absences, probationary periods, maternity/paternity
- career development and promotion processes
- reward and recognition, employee benefits and schemes
- providing employee changes and starter/leaver information to payroll
The Successful Applicant:
- Ambitious HR Graduate or HR Administrator
- Previous experience in HR is ideal
- Ideally working towards CIPD
