    Marketing & Customer Experience Manager

    The role of the Marketing & Customer Experience Manager is to take full accountability for all aspects of marketing, branding, and customer experience with a key focus on ESG. Working on a large Build to Rent portfolio, you will work closely with on-site teams, the operations team, and external agencies to create and deliver marketing and customer experience strategies that will help drive brand awareness and establish our properties as the most exciting rental communities in the market. A self-motivated individual who is a creative thinker and will generate innovative ideas to enhance our communities.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop, implement, and evolve a marketing strategy for both lease up and stabilized assets within the portfolio and work with team members to ensure effective delivery.
    • Brief and manage creative agencies on the launch of new and current sites; ongoing management of these relationships and relevant third-party businesses.
    • Monitor and report to the client on all marketing strategy; Management and accountability for marketing budgets across all sites.
    • Responsible for delivering customer satisfaction surveys and analyzing key trends that arise.
    • Working with the on-site teams to build relationships with local businesses to promote our sites and support local communities.

    Qualifications

    • Excellent time management skills.
    • Marketing experience, preferably within real estate or Build to Rent.
    • Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office with a high level of competence in Excel.
    • Understanding/experience of digital marketing strategy, SEO, Google Ads, etc.

    Benefits

    • 30 Monday to Friday schedule.
    • Salary - £45-50K + 20% discretionary bonus.
