    In this role, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with key stakeholders ensuring the alignment of software development efforts with business objectives.

    Code quality is of utmost importance, and the candidate will either perform code reviews personally or ensure that adequate code reviews are conducted by the development team.

    The successful candidate will actively contribute to the software development roadmap, patterns, and principles.

    This involvement in shaping the strategic direction of software development initiatives will require a keen understanding of industry best practices and emerging trends.

    The role also involves hands-on responsibilities in the software development lifecycle. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality, test-driven object-oriented software.

    This requires a strong commitment to writing code that is not only functional but also scalable, maintainable, and adheres to established coding standards.

    The ideal candidate will have a keen sense of commercial awareness with a strong focus on delivering value, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

    This individual will be well-equipped to navigate dynamic work environments, where priorities shift regularly—a hallmark of a VUCA setting.
