Finance Business Partner | Hybrid Working | York | £55,000 - £60,000 (Potential Flexibility)

Castlefield Recruitment are working with a global business based in York that are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their UK division.

They are offering an excellent salary alongside a host of benefits, which includes a market leading pensionand the flexibility to only go into their York office 1-2 times per week

Ideally you'll have experience in a role with an element of 'project accounting' and/or a solid understanding of ERP system implementation, however the real key to the role is your ability to communicate clearly with the stakeholder's and add value acrossthe business.

Duties will include:

You'll be influential in supporting the bid team to give them a full understanding of Costings, Operating Margin, EBIT & Cashflow and present the data
Review and update all projects and attend project meetings challenging on margin & cashflow
Final management accounts preparation
You'll help to coordinate the integration of their new ERP system
Review of WIP & debt
Annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
Support annual external audit and any internal audits

Person:

Qualified accountant
CIMA/ACA/ACCA
Demonstrable experience in a business partnering or commercially focused finance role, with excellent presentation and communication skills and experience dealing with senior stakeholders
Systems literate experience with ERP systems and systems implementation
Strong excel skills and modelling experience
