Up to £40,000 per annum + out of hours (1 in every 6 weeks - £300 retainer, £57 per job regardless of completion. Bank Holidays out of hours - 8 hours taken as TOIL or paid in lieu)

As a Gas Engineer you will be able to deliver effective service and repair on a range of domestic gas appliances and heating systems, in order to deliver an efficient service to residents enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities of a
Gas Engineer:

Provide responsive and professional service and repair of domestic gas appliances ensuring all properties are maintained and safe.
Perform routine service/maintenance checks with the completion of Landlord Gas Safety Records.
Perform routine maintenance checks
Maintain and monitor the supply, stock and use of materials.
Participate in the 'out of hours' service delivery on a rota basis (Currently every 1 in 6 weeks)
Act as a liaison between residents and internal teams to ensure any propertyrelated issues are highlighted and resolved promptly
Raise any noncompliance or process failures with managers.
