HS Marston is looking for a Logistics Admin to join us at this exciting time;

Position summary:

The role is based within the Logistics team and is a full time position, the applicant must be good at managing and juggling tasks and dealing with tight deadlines.

Applicant must be able to work as part of a team and be flexible for business needs.


This role may provide an opportunity for employee family members.

Responsibilities:


Key Skills:


  • SAP experience desired
  • Raising of certificates of conformity and commercial invoices for OE and MRO
  • Invoicing paperwork
  • Raising of customer documentation as per customer specific requirements
  • Transport coordination
  • Compliance with all Export Control requirements, including IPR declarations.
  • Filing & document control
  • Cocoordinating with production teams to meet customer requirements.
  • General office duties and cross training to ensure flexibility of the department.
  • Updating customer web sites and generating shipping labels / commitments.
  • Loading and checking documents to archive
  • Experience of working in a customer facing role
  • Computer literate and ability to learn new processes and software easily.
  • Flexibility required to support the department and business needs, this may include additional hours within the week and weekend.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
