We are recruiting for a People Costs Officer on a temporary basis to cover a 6-month period of exciting project work.
As People Costs Officer you will support the People team and Finance teams in collaboration to monitor and control people related costs across the whole of Tate.
You will also lead on providing more joined up reporting between the People and Finance teams with clear mechanisms to support managers in managing people related costs, including staff costs, casual worker pay, Professional Register fess, and off-payroll workers including freelancers.
Proactive and productive, you will be supremely well organised and able to manage a varied workload and competing deadlines on a daily basis.
You will demonstrate a solution driven approach to problem solving and you will be used to using your own initiative to get things done.
You will have good experience in HR Administration, data and reporting, and have a high degree of attention to detail.
This position is offered on a fixed-term contract for 6 months.
