Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery in a fast-paced factory environment.
Ensure accuracy in transferring numbers and maintain clear handwriting.
Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the work area.
Demonstrate strong hand-eye coordination and prioritise safety at all times.
Approach tasks with a methodical yet efficient mindset, emphasising quality without cutting corners.
Exhibit keen observation skills and attention to detail.
Utilise hand-held scanners effectively

Requirements:
Proficiency in PC usage.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including days and nights.
Experience in manufacturing operations is preferred.
RTITB Counter Balance Forklift license is advantageous but not mandatory

Shift Pattern:
4 on/4 off, with 12-hour shifts covering both day and night rotations

Compensation:

Hourly rate:
£ £4.09 shift premium per hour)

Additional Information:
Candidates with a background in manufacturing will be given preference
