Finatal are on a search for a FP&A Manager to join a highly profitable Private Equity backed media business.
The opportunity has arisen due to their continued growth; therefore, they require a dynamic FP&A analyst to be a crucial part of their continued organic growth.
You would be an integral part of the slim finance function, working closely with senior stakeholders and report into the FP&A director.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious candidate who wants to work in a fast-paced Private Equity environment, receive mentorship and development, and be a key growth driver in an exciting and market-leading business.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement robust financial models to support strategic decision-making and forecasting.
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline budgeting and forecasting processes.
Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and profitability.
Optimize existing FP&A processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience in financial modeling and analysis, ideally within a PE-Backed business.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
Proficiency in Excel and financial planning software (e.g., Hyperion, Adaptive Insights).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
