    Head Of Commercial Property – Solicitor/Senior Associate/Partner

    Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with supervisory experience?

    Overview: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to lead a dynamic team as the Head of Department. Based in Nottinghamshire, UK, this role offers a competitive salary of up to £140,000 and the flexibility of hybrid working.

    Responsibilities:


    • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Commercial Property team.


    • Client Management: Manage client relationships and ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.


    • Team Management: Oversee a team of solicitors and support staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.


    • Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.


    • Legal Expertise: Utilize your expertise in commercial property law to provide guidance and support to the team.


    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.


    • Training and Development: Support the professional development of team members through training and mentorship programs.

    Requirements:


    • Qualified Solicitor with extensive experience in commercial property law.
