This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge employee incentives and benefits structures for a diverse range of global clients.

    Make a Mark in This Dynamic Field:

    • Advise multinational corporations and innovative start-ups on the full spectrum of employee incentives, including share plans, stock options, phantom equity, and performance-related pay
    • Craft and implement complex incentive schemes that align with client business strategies and attract, retain, and motivate top talent
    • Navigate intricate tax and regulatory issues related to employee incentives across multiple jurisdictions
    • Partner with colleagues across the international network to deliver seamless global solutions for clients

    Become a Key Player in the Team:

    • Candidates should be 0-5 year pqe with experience in employee incentives law and a strong academic background
    • You're a skilled drafter and negotiator with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • The ability to think creatively, solve problems effectively, and manage complex projects is crucial
