Familiarity with the MOJ or OIC portal is advantageous, as is litigation experience.

Entry-Level Fee Earners:
Manage a caseload of pre-litigated motor claims up to reserves of £25,000, including complex matters. You'll oversee cases from inception through negotiation and settlement, while also identifying cases suitable for early litigation.
Experienced Candidates:
Handle litigated RTA injury and credit hire matters, developing your litigation expertise as well as case strategy.
