HR Administrator / HR Assistant
Tunbridge Wells
£circa 23-25,000 + per annum DOE + excellent benefits package.
35 hours a week - Monday to Friday, 9.15am to 5.30pm -Hybrid Working Policy - 2 days from home / 3 days in office

A fantastic opportunity has become available within a highly reputable, modern-thinking organisation in Tunbridge Wells.
We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail who can use their initiative and HR / Business skills to proactively support their experienced HR team in day to day duties.
- Support the recruitment process
- Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence
- Maintain a database and track applicants.
- Produce and send progress and reject letters
- Keep the job vacancy section of the website up to date; adding new roles and taking off filled roles
- Retirement and long service awards monitor service years and arrange the awards
- Set up and coordinate training programmes and conferences, liaising with trainers and participants to provide the necessary support and facilities.
- Send out joining instructions and feedback forms.
- Maintaining training records
- Create and administer feedback questionnaires via Survey Monkey.
- Organise and schedule annual workshops.
- Provide administrative support for the annual practising certificate renewals
- Update and log; new starters/leaver information, holiday renewals, add discretionary holiday day, update fire warden and Health & Safety data, deal with general questions
- Scanning, photocopying and filing and re prints of brochures and 'giveaways' for careers fairs
- Answer the telephone, take messages for the HR team.
