JOB DESCRIPTION - SERVICE SCHEDULER

Salary :
from £20K plus bonus

Working for a leading water treatment company who operate across the UK offering industrial and commerical solutions. Main purpose of role is to provide administrative support to service engineers who operate across the UK.


Duties will include:

  • Arranging service/site visits with customers for the engineers.
  • Handling incoming telephone calls
  • General administration duties for customer support department / office
  • Accepting and dealing with deliveries for customers and engineers
  • Meeting and greeting visitors and organising catering requirements
  • Organising company hotel bookings / flight bookings / courses / pool car
  • Completing Supplier and Health and Safety Questionnaires
  • Ordering and maintaining company stationery / brochures
  • Processing and chasing engineers paperwork
  • Raising invoices (call out / service / remedial) and dealing with any queries
  • Attend Customer Support meetings
  • Compiling Induction Pack for new employees (tools / PPE / Uniform / Issue List)
  • Maintaining PPE records for Customer Support Engineers
  • Updating and maintaining company training records
  • Order and issue Customer Support Engineers work wear and maintain records
  • Producing and following up contract proposals and renewal quotations
  • Covering for Customer Support Coordinator
  • Producing spare part quotations and purchase orders

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Colchester, Essex: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
