    Position Overview: The Content Copywriter will support our Community Specialist by creating compelling written materials that educate, inspire, and engage our audience in embracing a missional approach to business. This position will involve crafting blog posts, developing show notes for podcast episodes, and curating resources to aid business development efforts. The Content Copywriter will be paid $19.55/hour and will work for 35 hours/week.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the Community Specialist to develop written materials that effectively communicate the principles of missional business to business professionals, owners, and entrepreneurs.
    • Write drafts and refine final edits of short blog posts for the BAM Canada website, ensuring alignment with our mission and values while capturing the attention of our target audience.
    • Creatively transcribe podcast episodes into engaging show notes, summarizing key insights and making the information accessible to a broader audience in written format.
    • Curate resources and tools to support business development initiatives, providing valuable insights and practical guidance to our community members.
    • Work closely with the team to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all written materials.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with capabilities of crafting engaging and informative content.
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality written work under tight deadlines.
