    Description

    Inclusive Consulting are delighted to be working with a leading provider of supported housing who are now looking for a Landlord Liasion Manager to join their growing team in Sheffield.

    This is a fantastic opportunity for someone withstrong communication and negotiation skills to utilise these todevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential landlords, property developers and investors who are or will be providing tenancies to vulnerable adults.

    This role would be well suited to someone with a strong background in lettings or account management.

    The main responsibilities of the role will be;


    •Build and maintain a good working relationship with landlords, property investors and developers.


    •Be very responsive to landlord requests and concerns.


    •Encourage landlords to place a high percentage of their properties with the buisness


    •Organise and co-ordinate rent reviews and negotiate best rental values.


    •Email lease agreements for signature.


    •Understand property management to be able to check housing is fit for purpose


    •Working closely with the Housing Teams across all sites.

    Key requirements;


    •Proven negotiation and numeracy skills.


    •Excellent communication skills, able to convey important information effectively in person and via written correspondence. Mut be able to demonstrate active listening skills.


    •Able to work flexibly and responsively – using initiative to overcome challenges.


    •Excellent IT skills, particularly Word and Excel.


    •Able to self-motivate and work independently and intuitively.


    •Excellent planning and organizational skills.


    •An understanding of the needs and issues affecting vulnerable individuals.


    •Ability to implement policies and procedures, understand the importance of comprehensive internal processes, and contribute to their improvement and development.


    •A proven background in lettings, customer service and/or sales is beneficial.


    •A background in a social housing environment, is advantageous.
