    This role calls for a proactive leader capable of driving significant transformation and optimizing processes at a global scale.

    The ideal candidate will manage a diverse array of projects ranging from strategic analysis to hands-on resource coordination and stakeholder management.

    As part of your duties, you will be responsible for:

    Strategic Leadership and Execution:
    Lead and execute a variety of international projects

    Project Management:
    Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects, coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan

    Stakeholder Management:
    Develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across different levels and regions. Understand and manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular updates and ensuring strategic alignment with business goals.


    Resource Coordination:
    Efficiently allocate and manage resources to ensure that projects are completed within timelines and budgets

    Transformation Leadership:
    Drive transformation initiatives that streamline operations and enhance service delivery across the international spectrum of Site Services

    Problem Management:
    Address and resolve complex issues that affect the operations, effectiveness, and efficiency of international projects

    Reporting and Analysis:
    Develop comprehensive reports detailing the progress, hurdles, and milestones of ongoing projects, including strategic recommendations for future improvements.

    Qualifications and experience we consider to be essential for the role:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
    Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
    Proven track record of managing complex international projects and leading transformation initiatives.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
    Demonstrable ability to manage and influence diverse stakeholder groups across multiple regions.
    Proficiency in project management software and tools.
