IMMEDIATE START - WEEKLY PAY
Agile Personnel are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant for our client based in Minworth, Sutton Coldfield.
The role is to assist and support the Management Accountant in the running of the Finance department, ensuring an efficient and effective service position.
Monday to Friday (8am-4pm or 9am-5pm) 37.5hours per week
£13.34 Per Hour
Main Responsibilities:
- To refer any unsolved problems to the Management Accountant
- To process incoming suppliers invoices creating the PIR
- Process sales invoices and credit notes (depot recharges)
- Post purchase payments on to the Pegasus system
- Process supplier payments, RBS Bankline
- Resolve any disputed invoices
- To raise invoices and credit notes
- Maintain supplier reconciliations
- To ensure all procedures are followed by staff and visitors
Upon relocation a £25 per week contribution to travel expenses will be paid in addition to your weekly salary.
