Job Overview
We are actively seeking a highly motivated Telemarketing Executive to join our dedicated team.

As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business and achieving/assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas.

You should have outstanding communication skills and the ability to engage clients over the phone.


This promising position offers room for growth and is perfect for a determined and committed individual with a strong passion for sales and client relationships.


Main Duties

  • Conducting outbound telephone calls to prospective customers.
  • Creating a pipeline of opportunities within our CRM system.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross sell company products.
This list is not exhaustive; other duties may be added as required.


Who we're looking for
An ambitious and energetic individual with previous telemarketing or direct sales experience. Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills are a must. It's also important that you are self-motivated, able to work in a team and have a positive attitude.


Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a Telesales position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship building skills.
  • Resultoriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.

You must live in the WA area and due to the location, you must have a car.
