Are you a property lawyer interested in a new challenge? Hunter Savage is currently partnering with this leading global law firm to recruit a real estate associate into their leading commercial property team.

This role would suit a qualified solicitor 1 to 3 years PQE and based in their offices in Belfast.

Our Client
Our client is a leading top 100 global law firm.

Their Belfast office has experienced a significant amount of growth over the last five years and they now have one of the largest commercial property and real estate practices in Northern Ireland.

Our clients real estate team operate both across Ireland and also work on transactions in England & Wales and so working for this team there will be lots of potential to get involved in NI, ROI and England & Wales property transactions and so you will get the opportunity to work on complex and high value transactions.

They have an impressive and broad client base to include developers, investors, retail, food and hospitality.

The Role

Working as part of this leading real estate team you will work well as part of a talented real estate team and work on a broad range of commercial property transactions to include acquistions and disposals, advising clients in relation to asset management, commercial landlord and tenant work.

The Person
Ideally you will meet the following criteria

Qualified Solicitor
Ideally 1 to 3 years PQE
Will have gained their PQE working within property with some previous commercial experience
Technically strong lawyer with solid legal drafting skills
Collaborative approach with very strong communication skills
