- You will have the opportunity to draft, review and negotiate various commercial agreements for the business.
- Provide accurate and timely counsel to the business on contractual matters.
- Identify and manage contractual risks and implement solutions to any issues which may arise.
- Review, update, and manage standard contractual documents.
- Liaise with stakeholders, both internal and external, on contract negotiation
- Support the legal department on process improvements and implementation.
- Experience in negotiating commercial contracts
- Law degree or equivalent
- Strong and effective negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with great attention to detail
- Strong collaboration skills both within and across teams
- Experience in working in tech or SaaS organisation would be advantageous.
