    Interim CFO

    Multi-site hospitality sector

    12 month Fixed Term Contract

    Location: London

    Salary: £150k plus and package

    A highly successful private equity backed consumer business are seeking to hire an interim CFO for on a 12 month fixed term contract. My client has built a superb brand in the sector in recent years as they have grown and expanded with significant success and are looking to scale the business, further strengthening their leading position.

    As the CFO, you will report to the CEO and be the finance leader of the organisation. This will be a board level position, requiring regular interaction with the CEO and investors. You will be involved with partnering with the CEO at the hip to drive performance and productivity, and ultimately profitability. You will be responsible for all the accounting, cash flow management and finance operations for the business. You will be delivering the accounting and controls but also the budgeting, forecasting, planning and analysis for the business along with taking control of the debt provider management and refinancing. This will be a varied role where you will be involved in all of the strategy, business cases and investment appraisals as the business continues on their growth curve. This role will have significant exposure at board level and interaction to non-finance, with you business partnering them around decision support and business insight. This role will have a team underneath you.

    The successful candidate must be a qualified accountant with significant, previous hospitality/multi-site experience, or consumer, within private equity backed businesses. Previous experience operating as the number 1 in finance is essential. You will have the ability to operate as a hands-on finance leader in a fast-paced environment. You will combine this with a positive and innovative attitude, constantly looking to improve and drive performance. You will demonstrate the ability to operate commercially and work with senior colleagues in the business.
