About our client
Our client is a reputable international alternative asset manager with continued success in the mid-market space.

With a view to grow their Investor Relations function, they are looking to hire an Investor Relations Operations Manager to join their London basedoffice.

What the job involves

The individual will work closely with the Head of Investor Services and with the broader investor relations team to offer best in-class services to their institutional investor base and will project manage the implementation of new systems and technologies.

This is a strategic role within the business where you will manage a team of three and will often need to collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure cohesion and efficiency across the organisation.

Who we are looking for:

Strong academic background with prior experience in operations and CRM implementation
Proven ability to drive efficiencies and manage a team
Understanding of private markets strategies
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Strategic, confident and able to handle complex situations with a high degree of maturity
Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently
Strong work ethic, collaborative team player, and high level of integrity
