Project DirectorThe Project Director will have a direct line of communication with the board. This business prides itself on repeat client businesses based on high-performance models on previous projects.
Main duties will include· Overseeing A £50m+ project contractually and managing the overall delivery· Management of project teams across the different projects.· Liaising closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is on target with budget.· Hands-on management approach to delivering the project.· Management of all stakeholders across the projects and within the business.
Have lead a £50m+ project as a Senior Project Manager or Project Director· Strong communication and proven leadership qualities.· High-rise residential or commercial experience.· At least 10 years experience as a Project Manager or above.· A passion for building and working in a team environment.
