    Description

    We are looking for an experience, talented and ambitious pastry Junior Sous Chef to join a busy operation in central London.

    Catering for both a la carte and a busy banqueting section, you will ideally have experience working in 5* hotels or events catering.

    You should be experienced at training junior staff and managing the pastry section in the absence of the Head Pastry Chef.

    This role is 40 hours a week, will all overtime paid. Although there will be some weekend work, a lot of the time it will be Monday to Friday.
    Longevity in previous roles (at least 2 years) is essential
