The Role
The role is based in the London offices and has hybrid opportunities however, an office presence is preferred.

The Person

Working knowledge of residential property statutory requirements and service in line with government guidance and legislation.
Experience dealing directly with local authority, HSE, fire service and building control bodies.
Relevant technical and health and safety qualifications and ongoing CPD in both facilities and development management areas.
Strong people management experience, demonstrable experience in coaching and developing multiple teams at a junior through senior level.
Highly experienced in change management, navigating multiple teams through business transformation.

The Package
There is an enchanced pension, private healthcare (bupa) and access to a wellness suite.

The salary is £85,000 - £95,000
