- Establishing strong relationshipswith clients and identifying and contacting potential clients.
- Gathering sufficient client information and identifyclient needs.
- Analyse information gatheredand undertake sufficient research to make suitablerecommendations.
- Provide a seamless processof the mortgage application completing all supporting documentationin an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensuringthat the level of service is delivered in a timelymanner.
- Attaining and maintaining competentstatus as defined by the FCA and the firm and comply with theCompliance and Training & Competence Schemes/Procedures ofthe firm as well as the requirements of the FCA.
- Maintaining performance standards in accordance withthose outlined in the Key Performance Indicators section of thefirm's Training & Competence scheme.
- The ideal candidatewill have a qualification in CeMAP level 3 or equivalent(essential)
- You have a strong track record asa Mortgage Advisor as well as upselling various mortgageproducts
- Client service is paramount foryou
- Strong communication skills verbal andwritten
- Selfmotivated to work towardstargets

This positionwill offer a lead rich environment with initial appointments beingpassed over by the front of house team for active buyers andsellers seeking mortgage advise.
As a Mortgage Advisor you willliaise with clients and lenders for a variety of markets andrequire a good level of knowledge of the mortgage market andprocess from application through to offer and completion.
