- Fostering effective collaboration with other product teams, while serving as a vital member of Agile Scrum Teams
- Partnering closely with Product Owners and Product Managers to grasp proposition roadmaps and deliverables comprehensively
- Collecting requirements, crafting user stories, and establishing clear acceptance criteria
- Providing valuable support to the development and QA teams, facilitating smooth project execution
- Reviewing test cases meticulously to uphold quality standards
- Generating detailed progress reports for Product Managers
- Demonstrating adeptness in influencing product teams and spearheading change initiatives as needed, championing both requirement enhancements and internal process optimizations
- Offering reliable backup support for client issues and escalations as required
- You have excellent communication skills across various facets of the role (including projects, support, and team collaboration)
- You have previous experience working in Scrum/Agile environments
- You have strong organizational abilities and can effectively manage workloads and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- You demonstrated the capability to influence broader business decisions
- You are up-to-date with current technologies and industry advancements
