Role:
Customer Service Advisor - Fixed Term Contract (good possibility of extention or perm)


Location:
Milton Keynes - hybrid working (mix of office and home)


Salary:
£21,525 + bonus + great benefits


Contract: 6 Month FTC

Hours: 35 hours per week

Shifts: 9am-5pm Mon-Fri and 1 in 3 Sat 9am-5pm

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor for a client based in Milton Keynes.

CCA Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor, to answer inbound calls; you will take ownership of the call, which may include some investigating.

You will provide an efficient and appropriate responses, whilst also dealing with any enquiries in a helpful and professional manner.

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Call centre experience (Our client would love to hear from you if you have prior call centre experience)
  • Excellent attention to detail, with high levels of accuracy
