    Overview:

    TheRecruitment Associate plays a crucial role in the talentacquisition process responsible for sourcing screening andinterviewing candidates to support the organizations staffingneeds. They work closely with hiring managers to understandrequirements identify qualified candidates and facilitate aseamless recruitment process.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Collaborate withhiring managers to determine staffingneeds
    • Source potential candidates throughonline channels and networking
    • Screen resumesand application forms
    • Conduct interviews usingvarious reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filtercandidates within schedule
    • Assess applicantsrelevant knowledge skills soft skills experience andaptitudes
    • Promote companys reputation as agreat place to work
    • Keep abreast of industrytrends and best practices in recruitment
    • Manageapplicant tracking system and maintain accurate candidatedocumentation
    • Participate in job fairs andcareer events
    • Provide analytical and welldocumented reports to the rest of the team
    • Actas a point of contact and build influential candidate relationshipsduring the selection process
    • Promote diversityand inclusion in the workplace
    • Support in otherHRrelated tasks as needed

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelor s degree inHR Business Administration or relevantfield
    • Proven work experience as a RecruitmentAssociate Recruiter or similar role
    • Handsonexperience with various interview formats (e.g. phone Skypestructured)
    • Familiarity with Applicant TrackingSystems and resume databases
    • Solidunderstanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. socialnetworks)
    • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
    • Strong decisionmakingskills
    • Ability to work effectively with variousteams and levels of management
    • Knowledge ofemployment legislation
    • Outstandingtimemanagement abilities
    • Professionalism andconfidentiality
    • HR certification (e.g. PHRSHRMCP) is a plus
    • Proactive and selfmotivatedwith a resultsdriven approach
    • Strongorganizational and multitaskingskills
    • Attention to detail and problemsolvingability
