Finance Assistant - Sunderland, United Kingdom - Reed Accountancy
Description
Working in a busy finance team, your main duties will include:- Process invoices in purchase ordering systems, including matching invoices to orders
- Input transactions into finance system
- Preparing payment runs
- Reconciliation of supplier statements and resolve supplier queries
- Identify fixed assets from purchase ledger processing
- To provide general finance administration and manage finance inboxes
- To undertake any other duties as required by Finance Team Leader.
You must have:
- At least 2 years' previous experience in an accounts payable role within a Finance department
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills. Proven experience of working with a variety of IT systems and programs, including Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook and Excel)
- Excellent organisational and administration skills
