Working in a busy finance team, your main duties will include:

  • Process invoices in purchase ordering systems, including matching invoices to orders
  • Input transactions into finance system
  • Preparing payment runs
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements and resolve supplier queries
  • Identify fixed assets from purchase ledger processing
  • To provide general finance administration and manage finance inboxes
  • To undertake any other duties as required by Finance Team Leader.

You must have:

  • At least 2 years' previous experience in an accounts payable role within a Finance department
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent IT skills. Proven experience of working with a variety of IT systems and programs, including Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook and Excel)
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills
