    Position Overview:
    We are currently seeking a skilled General Maintenance Technician with a plumbing bias to join our team.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting a variety of maintenance tasks at a static site in Central London.

    This role offers an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual to further develop their skills in a dynamic environment.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform fabric repairs and maintenance as needed.
    • Perform plumbing and water treatment maintenance.
    • Conduct regular plant room checks and inspections.
    • Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) tasks.
    • Monitor temperatures throughout the facility to ensure optimal conditions.
    • Conduct routine fire alarm testing and inspections.

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience in maintenance, with a focus on plumbing.
    • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Willingness to adhere to a Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule.
    • Training will be provided to support skill development and job performance.
