- Organisational tasks: overseeing business and administrative support functions including meetings coordination, minutes/actions and other wide team coordination activities.
- Project manage a programme of work within either a Central PMO function, portfolio or team setting.
- Establish and maintain up-to-date delivery plans, identifying and managing milestones, creating visibility of key decision points and dependencies within the central planning tool.
