    As a Sales Office Manager you will be a pivotal part of the Rubix Customer Hub team and its success, reporting directly to the Hub Business Branch Manager and based at the NDC.


    The Role

    Joining our Hub management team, you will manage and lead a small service cell team, servicing the MRO stock requirements of a new multi Insite contract within the Food sector. Primarily dealing with internal customers (Insite Managers) the importance of treating all customers the same is key. The Insite Managers primarily deal with all onsite activities including non-stock purchasing. You will ensure sales order processing is maximised to help the Hub exceed all sales and profit targets whilst delivering outstanding service levels.

    You will be responsible for setting and monitoring individual and team targets, and development to include training and coaching; ensuring that the highest standards of sales support, administration and customer service are always maintained.

    Overseeing all sales administration processing to ensure completed in a timely and efficient manner, utilising the relevant SOP systems


    Drive activity which enhances effective quotation management through developing the team, leading by example and improving processes.

    Who are we looking for?

    This role would suit an internal salesperson or Asst Manager looking for their first step into team management or indeed an Insite Manager looking for a change of scenery in a more centralised role at the National Distribution Centre.
