Look no further On behalf of our client, a leading integrated creative and media agency based in London, we are seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Junior Social Media Strategist.

    About the Role:
    As a Junior Social Media Strategist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the agency's senior strategists and assisting in the management and growth of various client accounts spanning across industries such as technology, sports, retail, beauty, energy, banking, and telecommunications.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support across all key social accounts, assisting in essential social media functions.
    • Manage day-to-day client communications including emails, weekly calls, and project trackers.
    • Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain comprehensive content calendars.
    • Assist in the development of creative briefs and copy for various social media platforms.
    • Contribute to the creation and execution of social media campaigns, including audience planning/targeting, creative development, and performance tracking.
    • Conduct strategic research across a range of clients and briefs.
    • Provide ideas and insights to shape social media strategies and tactics.
    • Prepare performance reports for social clients, monitoring industry trends and audience conversations.
    • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
    • Offer guidance and support to internal stakeholders on social media best practices, tools, and processes.
    • Ensure smooth operation of integrated campaigns by working closely with stakeholders.
    Desired Skills and Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 1+ years' experience in digital and social media marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
    • Deep understanding and keen interest in social media.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • High attention to detail for reviewing creative and copy.
    • Proficiency in managing own time and diary management.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with management and studio teams.

    London Victoria (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
