    Job Description:

    Our Trade Support Manager will maintain and improve processes and systems to ensure Trade is efficient in delivering the Trade strategy. You'll lead a team consisting of Trade Support co-ordinators, plus work closely with other managers in Trade. This role is varied, consisting of supporting Travel Agents queries, managing Jet2holidays brochure distribution, communicating updates to our Travel Agent partners, developing the Trade website.

    What you'll be doing:
  • Develop and implement processes and systems to enable excellent recording, communication, and distribution of information.
  • Manage sponsorship requirements, working closely with our Product department and Airports and Tourism department.
  • Work closely with the Trade Marketing Communication Manager to create and oversee the production and implementation of all trade marketing activities including POS, online, sponsorship, advertising, or events.
  • Manage full administration support including production of timely and accurate MI on department activity and productivity rates, plus booking and managing trade staff travel.
  • Manage trade content and management of information in relevant back office systems.
  • Manage and develop commercial terms spreadsheet and paperwork to ensure timely renewals.

  • Although an office role there may be occasions you're required to attend external events, such as road shows, exhibitions, conferences and training.

    What you'll have:

    Our Trade Support Manager will have key skills in organisation, prioritisation, problem-solving and communication to be successful in this role. You'll ideally have a proven track record of working within the leisure travel industry.
  • You'll have excellent performance management skills. Ideally has a proven track record of managing people.
  • You'll have good time management skills, and the ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.
  • You'll be enthusiastic, motivated, and keen to learn new skills.
