- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
- Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and enforce coding standards
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Platform Developer I Certification
- Fluent in JavaScript/LWC
- Expertise in SF/SFDX Packaging
- Public Sector experience
- Omnistudio Consultant/Developer cert
- Salesforce Industries (PSS preferred)
