What you will be doing

Establishing fantastic relationships with both buyers and sellers
Effectively liaising with mortgage brokers and solicitors to progress sales
Proficiently managing a portfolio of properties
Dealing with access calls, organising surveys and potentially dealing with renegotiations
Working to monthly exchange/completion targets

What you will have

Previous experience within Sales Progression
Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
A real drive to problem solve and be proactive
Fantastic organisation skills
