The Administrative Assistant will support the CEO and Management Team, enabling them to focus on key tasks while handling administrative responsibilities professionally and efficiently.

The individual will anticipate needs before they occur to ensure the smooth running of the services and enhance individual productivity whilst liaising with an array of internal and external stakeholders.

This varied role would suit an organised self-starter and keen problem solver who is an efficient and experienced administrator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enthusiastically provide a helpful and professional service to the CEO and Management Team, adopting a nothingtootroublesome attitude to get the job done
  • Oversee the CEO's daily agenda, encompassing diary organisation and coordinating relevant paperwork.
  • Precisely record minutes for leadership gatherings, organising and disseminating agendas, documents, and reports
  • Inform the CEO of upcoming deadlines for internal and external tasks, such as reports, presentations, conferences, and projects, while keeping uptodate on important charity projects
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and representative for the employer in various capacities, engaging in direct and frequent interactions with stakeholders and building strong working relationships
  • Organise and oversee training sessions, events, and conferences for the Management Team, managing budgets and conducting postevent evaluations
  • Undertake any administrative tasks as requested, including proofreading, research and data gathering
  • Strong experience working as an administrator/PA or similar
  • Good IT skills, ideally with experience using Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams 36
  • Have excellent organisation skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Have the ability to adapt and prioritise workload in a dynamic environment
