Customer Service Officer - Complaint Handler for a
6-month long contract based in
Edinburgh.
Job description - the role
Purpose of the Role:
As a
Customer Service Officer - Complaint Handler, you will be managing the end-to-end migration activities for a portfolio of Commercial Banking Clients across the business with the support of senior colleagues per the documented processes and procedures.
As a Customer Service Officer - Complaint Handler, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with other teams across Commercial Banking, Economic Crime Prevention and Product Owners.
- Supporting with the collation, analysis and interpretation of a range of data on topics that play a critical role in the team's aspiration to deliver outstanding client service.
- Delivering prescribed outcomes within the delivery plan and maintaining excellent levels of quality.
- Previous Commercial Banking experience.
- Strong customer service skills.
- PPI experience.
- KYC experience is desirable.
- Good attention to detail.
