    Job Title:
    Senior Coordinator - Diversity Equity and Inclusion

    Working Hours/Shifts:
    Full Time – Standard UK Hours
    Employment Type: 12 Month FTC
    What does a "day in the life" of my new team look like?

    You'll provide support to DEI Advisors' logistical needs across all business / regional committee needs and inclusion network activities onsite at our client office in London.

    Create update and maintain SharePoint and internal trackers
    Support inclusion network requests
    Manage DEI global calendar, mailbox and network collaboration portal
    Pull data from inhouse tableau dashboards, cut excel reports and transfer data to PowerPoint decks
    Strong English business communication skills, written and oral.
    Working knowledge of Microsoft packages; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint on an intermediate level at a minimum.
    Attention to detail, excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.

    You'll work in a Resource Augmentation/Staff Organisation Solution, this means your day-to-day recruitment point of contact will be the client stakeholder whilst your annual leave, performance reviews and management of sickness will be done buy your AMS client services manager.
