An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Paediatric Team in the role of a 37.5hpw Band 4 Senior Medical Secretary.

An appropriate speed and accuracy of typing is required for this role and this will be assessed at interview. Medical secretarial experience is essential.

You will have a high standard of communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with staff at all levels.

You will have enthusiasm, motivation and demonstrate pride in your work.


For the Medical Secretary role you will work within a multi-disciplinary team supporting the team coordinator, and will be responsible for a wide range of duties related to patient pathway management, The post holder will be expected to cross cover colleagues in times of annual leave and sickness.
