Community Associate is the primary point of contact for the community acting as the "face" of the company, leading on ensuring a positive members experience is maintained.

Key Responsibilities_

Support the Management team to achieve the following:
Create a welcoming and collaborative community environment amongst our members through events and building relationships between members
Ensure that your building is fully operational and processes are running smoothly
Drive growth and promotion of Riseprovided service offerings
Take direction from the Head of Operations to support the Community Team as necessary

Professional and personal competencies/qualifications_

A social butterfly and a selfstarter who can motivate themselves
Have previous experience in a similar role/coworking environment
Highly independent and can manage projects for timely delivery
Have exceptional organisational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail
Have demonstrated professionalism, accountability, selfawareness, and high social intelligence in previous roles
Are passionate about entrepreneurship and community building
Possess basic computer skills: Microsoft Office
