The night supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring smooth and safe operations of our field team while maintaining high standards of compliance and efficiency.
Effective communication between the engineers, planner and management is crucial for reporting on night activities, issues encountered, outcomes of audits and also raising concerns if any.

Night Supervisor

Iver, Thames Tankering, LMC
Job Type:3 month fixed term contract
Hours:4 nights on 4 nights off, 40.25 hours
Salary:
£18.00 per hour

About the Role:
Due to continued growth and development, we are now looking for customer focused people to join us in our LMC Division, working on contract service to deliver real and effective solutions to waste-water network and drainage problems.
- Ensure all engineers compliant with PPE & Company policy's standards
- Supporting engineers on the field
- Competencies of engineers
- Audits
- Training of engineers
- H&S onsite
- Basic vehicle maintenance & Stock
- Work instructions to Engineers
- Site set up and site stand down as well as housekeeping.
- Planning breaks on 12hrs or 24hrs drivers
- Taking Deliveries and offhiring equipment
- To carry out any reasonable request made by the Line Manager.
