As an Adaptive consultant, you will be fully supported by the Simmons & Simmons team with a sponsoring Partner and a client team with whom we would encourage you to engage on a regular basis.

You will have access to the firm's resources and Know-how and have the opportunity to be involved in training and development at the Firm.

Main purpose of the role:

Simmons Adaptive is currently searching for an employment consultant available for an interim assignment to support an investment bank client on a short term assignment, up to six months.

This would cover all aspects of employment law work, including but not limited to; advisory, policy and litigation.

Person specification:

This assignment would suit a midsenior level qualified lawyer however, welcome applicants at all PQE levels.
You have significant postqualification experience working on a range of employment matters.
You will have a background working for inhouse organisations or top tier law firms.
Experience working within an Investment bank would be advantageous but not essential.
You will have excellent communication and time management skills.
You can work autonomously but can also collaborate effectively as part of the wider team.
You have excellent communication and time management skills.
You are immediately available or available at short notice.
